- Prepare 1 of hokien noodles.
- It's 1 of your favourite stir fry sauce, I used hot garlic and ginger.

- Chop all the veggies to bite size pieces.
- Chop the tofu into cubes.
- Put a wok on high heat and add oil, preferably peanut oil.
- Throw in all veggies and tofu and stir fry. Keep veg moving at all times.
- Add noodles to a bowl and cover with boiling water. Let sit 2 mins..
- Add sauce and drained noodles to wok, turn down heat, stir all together until sauce warm.
